A1: Outsourcing any of your human resource functions or projects allows you to gain access to immediate resources and experience that are not currently within your organization. This allows you to develop effective HR functions for your company, without having to increase your HR staff or incur greater expenses.

Q2: Would Naroc HR be actually replacing my current HR staff or management?
A2: We are here to supplement and support a company’s current HR resources and assist them within their Human Resource functions based specifically on their needs. We also help reduce costs by assisting organizations who may have limited resources.

Q3: What differentiates Naroc HR from other HR companies?
A3: At Naroc HR, our clients are assigned an experienced HR Advisor and would not be asked to deal with a call-center. Our focus is solely human resources and our clients have direct access to experienced HR professionals who help them troubleshoot issues and create effective solutions for their unique workplace challenges.

Q4: How will you determine my HR needs?
A4:  We will determine your HR needs by completing an Assessment form and submitting a confidential report to you for your consideration.  The report will incorporate valuable information garnered from our meetings with key management staff of your company. This valuable report will assess various baseline legal and HR compliance issues and is your report to keep whether or not you engage us
